I really appreciate the great job you did on my floor this week.  I have hand cut terracotta tiles (the tiles you tile cleaners hate!) with very wide grouting which was badly discoloured.  You suggested recolouring the grout and after cleaning, recolouring the grout and sealing the tiles looklike brand new.”
